Holmfirth (Summer Wine area) 5 miles. Huddersfield 11 miles. Bretton Sculpture Park 10 miles, Peak District provides good walking country with unspoit towns and villages. Visit Chatsworth House and the spa town of Buxton. Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Sheffield all about 40 minutes away for choice of theatres, museums and other entertainment.
