Shoebroad Barn is set amongst the Pennines on the outskirts of Todmorden, 1 mile from the Town Centre affording beautiful views in all directions. Being situated in the heart of the Pennines Todmorden is within easy reach of many places of interest in Lancashire and Yorkshire.
The property offers seclusion, country life, easy walking or harder stretches for the more advanced. Adjacent to the Pennine Way, Calderdale Way and Mary Towneley Loop.. We have nearby Horse Riding facilities, fishing/bird watching and stabling if necessary.
It is an ideal large property for family gatherings or reunions in quiet location but within easy reach of good hill top pubs/eating places, local amenities, train and bus station. The Rochdale Canal passes through the town.
