Powfoot is a picturesque, tranquil village with an excellent golf course, a fantastic spa, and a great pub/restaurant. Cycling, walking, birdwatching and fishing are also very popular. Powfoot is on the Galloway Tourist route solway coast heritage trail.
The area has many attractions for all ages and is also very accessible to the Lake District along with the historic Hadrians Wall.

Our cottage is extremely popular with honeymooners getting married at nearby venues such as Gretna Green, Comlongon Castle etc.
This property offers 2 bedrooms 1 is a large double room which has a 4 poster bed and also has a double futon. The other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (the family room.) Sleeps 5 (6 including futon.)

A well-behaved dog is accepted, please note, your dog will not be permitted on soft furnishings or upstairs in the property. A refundable pet deposit of £75.00 payable direct to the owner is payable within 1 week of booking, the deposit is held against any possible damage or extra cleaning required.
