| On a quiet country lane overlooking a lovely rural landscape close to the Devon border this cosy first floor apartment makes an ideal base for exploring the delights of Cornwall’s north and south coasts both of which are only about 20 miles away. Adjoining the owners’ home with access to their pleasant garden Ivybank (left photograph - first floor) sits within an easy drive of lovely days out at the picturesque fishing ports of Looe and Polperro on the south coast. Lanhydrock (N.T.) is also 20 miles and on the north coast the tiny ancient port of Boscastle and Tintagel village site King Arthur’s legendary castle ruins are also well worth a visit whilst further up the coast Bude (25 miles) attracts surfers and families alike. The market town of Launceston with its steam railway and castle is 6 miles. Shop and pub serving food about 2 miles. |
