With shared use of an acre of landscaped gardens it is the perfect base for enjoying the locality’s excellent walking rock climbing and water sports. Several inns are in walking distance – one famously reached by a hand pulled ferry (pictured). Offa’s Dyke and the wildlife Sculpture Trail museums steam trains and cycle hire and trails in the Forest of Dean are 3 miles Monmouth is 5 miles and Tintern Abbey 15 miles. Shop 2 miles. |
