Situated on the Strata Florida walk, one mile from the historic Strata Florida abbey (1164), Troedyrhiw nestles peacefully at the foot of the Cambrian Mountains. Paradise for ramblers and city people wishing to escape to the quiet lifestyle of the country.
Fishing available on the River Teify, Teify lakes and occasional farming activities taking place on our adjoining hill farm Frangoch 1/4 mile away. Within easy reach of village shop, post office, pub with restaurant and live traditional welsh music. The seaside resort of Aberystwyth is 17 miles drive and the nature reserve of Cors Caron only 5 mile drive away. This cultural area thrives with festivals, Aberystwyth Jazz festival (Sept), Aberystwyth Poetry festival and the Cardigan Bay Regatta (August)
