Parc Gwair or 'Hay Meadow'
Is an outstanding country property less than 2 miles from the Cardigan Bay
coast with 8 acres of carefully tended meadows and views over the surrounding countryside.
There are two donkeys, chickens and two cats and Colin the spanial.
The large garden has raised decking with patio furniture,
and extensive play facilities for children.
The Crown Inn Pub and Restaurant at Llwyndafydd is just a few
hundred yards down a quiet country lane from the house.
The owners live in the adjacent annexe so you are assured of a warm welcome.
Wireless Broadband is available in the holiday cottage.
ACCOMMODATION
Parc Gwair has three bedrooms sleeping a MAXIMUM of 5 people, including children, No under threes are excepted due to no cot, highchair etc. It is limited to 5 guests to provide extra comfort and space. There are 2 double bedrooms, one upstairs with a king-sized bed and en-suite luxury shower room, the other double being downstairs. Also upstairs there is a large twin bedroom, with another en-suite luxury shower room. All the bedrooms have TVs with DVD, and in the twin bedroom there is an X-box games console. Quality bed linen and tea towels are supplied but not towels. The downstairs family luxury bathroom with under-floor heating has a roll-top bath with his and hers vanity units, while the upstairs luxurious en-suites have double-sized showers
The comfortable sitting / Dining room
Has a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player with a large supply of DVD movies. There is a log burner with the initial supply of logs provided. Additional fuel can be purchased locally or from the owner. The compact, fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge and all the usual small appliances. Separately there is an automatic washing machine and small freezer. There is additional freezer space in the outside storage area if required.
Occupation times: Tenancies commence after 4 pm (unless otherwise agreed), on the commencement date of the tenancy and terminate at 10.00 am on the leaving date. This is to ensure that the Cottage can be properly cleaned and prepared.
