Garth is a spacious detached house nestled into a grassy bank with a quiet outdoor sitting area, shaded by wild cherry trees. This cottage offers family living within the open-plan lounge, featuring a wood burning stove (logs included), also a built-in kitchen which includes a dishwasher. The lounge and kitchen areas are separated by the dining area with seating for up to 8 people, a door from the lounge leads directly out to the paddock at the rear.
There are four bedrooms, one double, one twin and two singles, to sleep 6 people. The two single rooms bathroom and shower room are on the ground floor.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, an invigorating power shower is fitted in the shower room, whilst upstairs there are two bedrooms and a toilet room. This is an excellent cottage for families or as group accommodation.

Surrounded by rolling farmland, and lovely views, Wetheral Cottages is the perfect holiday destination for a memorable visit to Cumbria, from where you can easily visit the lakes and mountains of the Lake District, the Pennines or the many interesting villages and historic sites of the Eden Valley. A short journey north takes you to Hadrian's Wall and Southern Scotland. Walking, Cycling, Golf, Fishing and Water Sports are available nearby. The cottages range in size from that sleeping up to 3, to one capable of sleeping a family of 6. The cottages and gardens are maintained by the resident owners and our prices are fully inclusive of all linen, towels, heat and light, as well as free Wifi.
