The market town of Tiverton (7 miles) great fishing and sailing on Wimbleball Lake and Knightshayes Court (N.T.) are nearby whilst Exeter and Dartmoor are easily accessible. Good walking golf and riding are found locally and village shops and pubs serving food are a short walk.
