Ivy's cottage is a grade II listed building. It has been totally renovated to a very high standard but retaining its original charm. There is a sunny south facing garden and 2 terraces with garden furniture for outdoor dining. Situated opposite Nags Head pub in heart of village. The village has two pubs serving food, a post office and general store and 2 cafes.
Situated in the Peak District, Edale is overlooked by Iron Age Fort on Mam Tor. Edale Valley is a wide expanse of green south of Kinder Scout situated on train line from Sheffield to Manchester. A hugely popular destination for people who want to walk, climb, mountain bike, hang glide or just sit and admire the magnificent scenery.
