Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer box, washer/dryer, microwave oven and toaster, a dining area with butterfly table and four chairs, lounge area with comfy leather seating unit, TV with Freeview and built in DVD player, books, games and a wealth of tourist information. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe chest of drawers, hairdryer and TV with Freeview and built in DVD player. The spacious wetroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail, shaver point and extending mirror. This cottage is rated suitable for the elderly and less mobile so perching stool, shower chair and toilet riser are available on request. It is also accessible to most wheelchairs. Upstairs is a gallery bedroom with twin beds which can be made into a superking double if requested, two pull out guest beds,wardrobe, chest of drawers, iron, ironing board and its own seating area with Chesterfield settees, TV with Freeview and built in DVD player. The cottage has underfloor heating and tiled floors downstairs, radiator and fitted carpet upstairs and an electric fire downstairs for instant heat or a warm glow on chilly evenings. Your safety is important to us so it also has smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and first aid kit which we hope will never be used. Outside is a patio area with table, chairs and umbrella and a barbecue is available on request. This is a working smallholding so the views from the patio and cottage are of open farmland and our frequently muddy farmyard! During the summer some of our pedigree Limousin cattle and calves will be out in the fields and they can be nosy and boisterous so we regret that we cannot accept children or pets.
