With its terraced garden (pictured) and breathtaking riverside views it’s a delightful spot to relax and unwind: visitors can savour the food at the famous Butt and Oyster pub (20 yards) watch the waterborne world go by or enjoy excellent local walking and bird watching. Constable Country the Suffolk Heritage Coast Colchester and Ipswich (7 miles) are all within an easy drive. Shop 0.5 mile. |
