| A fisherman’s and nature lover’s delight set in a 0.25 acre of landscaped gardens this superb and extremely spacious lodge is one of several boasting a truly enviable location within 275 acres of tranquil parkland encompassing seven fishing lakes. It boasts the added benefit of a hot tub which is included Apr 30th – Oct 1st (other dates £35pw/£15 per short break poa). Home to a number of rare plant species these beautiful surroundings also attract a diverse range of indigenous and migratory birds. As well as private fishing visitors will discover lovely scenic walking through woodland and around the lakes and the quiet country lanes afford easy and relaxed cycling. Golf and horse riding are available nearby. A great arrray of attractions lie within an easy drive including the wonderful unspoilt sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells Next The Sea and there’s a wealth of family fun to be found at Hunstanton a Victorian seaside resort with a Blue Flag beach famous striped cliffs and fine formal gardens. Just 6 miles away lies the port of King’s Lynn where visitors will find an historic harbourside and winding lanes of the old town to explore as well as a wide variety of shops. The Queen’s Estate at Sandringham is also within easy reach as are the little town of Holt with its quaint shops and restaurants and the castle cathedral and colourful market of the lovely medieval city of Norwich.
