Wisteria Barn is the top half of a converted stone barn. It is situated on the edge of the Village of Clifton.
Pooley Bridge is just 5 miles away and from here is some of the best walking country in Britain. The whole of the Lake District is easily accessible and Wisteria Barn is within five minutes drive from Junction 40 of the M6.
The George and Dragon near the barn serves good food and the excellent old market town of Penrith which is just 3 miles away offers the usual takeaway outlets as well as many restaurants, pubs and unique shops. Other local attractions include the Reghed Centre, Bird of Prey Centre and the Penrith Theatre. |
