The Orchard is a spacious detached property with lovely views nestling in a peaceful situation at the foot of the fells in the popular village of Braithwaite, with great walking straight from the door.
Keswick is just 2 miles away providing numerous interesting pursuits and excellent shopping with local produce.
The property enjoys full gas fired central heating and also has a wood burning stove in the living room. Gas and electricity are free and a starter supply of logs is always provided. There is a large garden with lawns, flowerbeds and its own beck, and ample off street parking.
The village shop is just 100 yards away and three pubs/hotels with good eating all within easy walking distance. |
