Our house is one of the most charming properties in Appledore.
It is extremely well-equipped. On the ground floor, a fully-fitted kitchen with TV, a small breakfast room and a luxurious shower room.
On the first floor a lovely drawing room with large double sash windows overlooking the whole estuary.
On the second floor, to the rear a twinbedded room overlooking Appledore's roofs and gardens. To the front a double bedroom with great views of the river estuary again.
A comfortable family home with spectacular views. Well-behaved pets welcome but downstairs only. Not really suitable for children under 3 years old (steep stairs). Regret no smokers.
