Uninterrupted views over the stunning Estuary from our 3-storey 200-year-old Georgian house in popular Irsha Street.
Our house is one of the most charming properties in Appledore. There are lovely walks around and dogs are allowed on our foreshore at any time, with "No restrictions" except a high tide. There is cycling on the Tarka trail with many places to hire cycles. Appledore was featured on the One Show recently as one of the most unspoilt places to visit in the West Country
Waters Reach extremely well-equipped. On the ground floor, a fully-fitted kitchen with TV, a small breakfast room and a luxurious shower room.
On the first floor a lovely drawing room with large double sash windows overlooking the whole estuary.
On the second floor, to the rear a twinbedded room overlooking Appledore's roofs and gardens. To the front a double bedroom with great views of the river estuary again.
A comfortable family home with spectacular views. Well-behaved pets welcome but downstairs only. Not really suitable for children under 3 years old (steep stairs). Regret no smokers.
