Uninterrupted views over the stunning Estuary from our 200-year-old Georgian townhouse in popular Irsha Street.
Our house is one of the most charming properties in Appledore. It is our holiday home. There are lovely walks around and dogs are allowed on our foreshore at any time, with 'No restrictions' except at high tide. A slipway is 20 paces away. Appledore was featured on the One Show, as one of the most unspoilt places to visit in the West Country. There is cycling on the Tarka trail with many places where cycles are for hire. Lovely beaches, Fishing, sailing, bird watching, walking, cream teas. Jazz evenings in the local pub. trips to Lundy Island.
Waters Reach is well-equipped. On the ground floor, a fully-fitted kitchen, a small breakfast room and a shower room.
On the first floor a lovely drawing room with large double sash windows overlooking the whole estuary. The views are stunning. TV and DVD. Many good books too.
On the second floor, to the rear a twinbedded room overlooking Appledore's roofs and gardens. To the front a double bedded bedroom with great views of the river estuary. There is a TV and DVD and you can sit up in bed out across the wide estuary.
A comfortable family home with spectacular views. Well-behaved pets welcome but downstairs only. Not really suitable for children under 3 years old (steep stairs). No smokers.
