Our two holiday cottages, Taw and Torridge, have been converted from the old shippon.
Torridge has a downstairs bedroom which is suitable for those with walking difficulties or those who use a wheelchair. It has an en-suite shower/wet room with grab rails and a door out onto the south-facing patio. It has a king size zip and link bed, please advise when booking if the bed needs to be made up as single beds or kingsize. The large lounge also has a ramp from the patio doors to the patio and a double sofa bed. The second bedroom has a double and single bed also with an en-suite bathroom comprising of bath with shower over. There is an open plan well-equipped kitchen/diner. The cottage has oil fired central heating. All linen included in the price.

Parking is just outside near the front entrance. Good food and arts centre (brochure available) within walking distance. Ideal for exploring the North Devon coast, Exmoor and Dartmoor, and ancient borough of Barnstaple Nearby are also excellent leisure facilities including Golf, Quad bikes, Paintball and Swimming and coarse and sea fishing.
