Description of the cottage

4 Cottages (next door or across the road from each other)- Set in a conservation area of the historic town of Dartmouth. Very close to the river front, where sea fishing trips and river boat trips are available. Royal Avenue Gardens and Coronation Park with its tennis courts, children's park and dinghy park. Within the town there is a wide choice of excellent pubs and restaurants.

The accommodation is convenient for the Britannia Royal Naval College, shops and restaurants. The beautiful Blackpool Sands are approximately 2.5 miles away. From Dartmouth ferry to Kingswear for steam train to Torbay. Walkers are spoilt for choice with coastal and inland walks in the outstandingly beautiful National Trust Countryside.
