A pretty ¾ bedroom cottage situated in the heart of Shaldon village. The property is a 2 min. walk from the beach, local village shops/pubs and restaurants. Very well equipped cottage, sunny front patio with table and chairs in a quiet location with no traffic.
Shaldon is a picturesque village with several beaches, children's zoo, botanical gardens and an 18 hole approach golf course all within 5 mins walk from the cottage. Ideal for families and boating enthusiasts also within easy reach of Torbay, Exeter and Dartmoor.
The cottage offers one double bedroom with wash hand basin and two twin bed-rooms, also an attic/playroom with TV and DVD.
