Situated only ten minutes' drive from Barnstaple and twenty minutes' drive from the coast, Lower Hearson Farm provides an ideal base from which to explore the many delights of North Devon, including Lynton & Lynmouth, Clovelly, Tarr Steps, the Tarka Trail, Rosemoor and Marwood Gardens, the Cobbaton Combat Collection and the nearest beaches of Saunton Sands and Croyde. There are many other attractions and things to do in the area.
Our five holiday cottages are surrounded by two acres of gardens, making this a very safe place for children. Guests share use of our 38’ x 16’ heated (from March to end of September), covered swimming pool, which has a depth of 3-5 feet. There is also a games room with table tennis, pool table, darts and football table. Garden furniture and barbecues are also provided.
There is a lane leading to a field and 4 acres of woodland from which stunning views of Exmoor and the surrounding countryside can be seen

Rose Barn offers 1 double, 1 twin with en-suite, 1 with three single beds, also available 1 double sofa bed in dining room with bathroom behind. Modern family bathroom, lounge, fitted kitchen leading to dining room via conservatory. The cost of hire of the cottage includes two hours heating in both the morning and evening from September until May. Any additional heating at any time of the year is charged at £40 per week.
