Set adjoining the owners' home it lies 3½ miles from Totnes – a thriving market town offering trips up the River Dart. Dartmouth's bustling waterfront great shops and restaurants as well as the sailing resort of Salcombe and the magnificent sandy beaches at Blackpool Sands are within easy driving distance as are Buckfast Abbey Dartington Hall and Saltram House (N.T.). Dartmoor National Park's rugged grandeur and quaint villages are a little further afield. Riding golf and sailing are available locally. Pub serving food and shops 2 miles.
