Barnstaple is the largest town in North Devon and is only 5 mins away by car, or 20 min walk.
There is surfing on glorious beaches such as Woolacombe, Saunton Sands. There is walking and Exmoor is not far away, fishing, horse riding, tennis, shops are all near by.
The flat is ideal for a couple or small family.
