The very spacious property offers 6 bedrooms with the capacity to sleep up to 22 people. Bedroom 1, with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 2. En-suite with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 3. En-suite with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 4. 1 double bed, 1 single bed and wash hand basin. Bedroom 5. 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 6. On ground floor and with access to garden. En-suite bathroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. This room has it's own breakfast area and kitchenette. The main bathroom is upstairs. Two cots and two high chairs are provided.
Downstairs, extremely spacious entrance hall, cloakroom and toilet. Lounge with comfortable seating for 14, dining room with seating for up to 24 and dining area in kitchen to seat 8. Sunroom with views over the garden, shower room and toilet, door to the garden. The kitchen is large and well equipped and a range cooker is provided (gas hob, electric oven)There are two fridges. Off the kitchen there is a large utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, freezer, and a door to the garden with washing lines outside. A gas barbecue is provided which must be left in a clean condition after use, and plenty of garden seating and tables. Electricity is included in the price but Gas is payable by meter reading. Guests are required to bring top and bottom sheets for each bed occupied or these can be hired at cost to cover laundry. For parties requiring more space the superbly refurbished adjacent bungalow can be hired at extra cost. This is also furnished to a high standard and well equipped and has two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). It has a large kitchen with adjoining dining area and a spacious lounge and conservatory which overlooks the grounds with super views. The bungalow can only be hired as extra accommodation along with the house and not separately and takes the total accomodation to 26 persons.
