This grade II listed building dates back from the 18th century and is a traditional thatched cottage which lies on the edge of the unspoilt village of Knowle near the coastal town of Budleigh Salterton.
Leo and Mandy Dickinson- the owners, live in the adjacent cottage and extend you a warm welcome.
