Self-contained ground floor accommodation with lawn at the front. Five to ten minutes walk to shops. Surfing - large sandy beach, lifeguard controlled.
Surf lessons, Cliff walks, public houses. Near 18 hole golf and country club. Cinema, Camel Trail with cycle hire at Wadebridge 7 miles. Bodmin and Wenford Steam Railway 13 miles. Forty minutes by car to the Eden Project. Boat trips out of Padston. Passinger ferry from rock about 3 miles.
Tht top flat is occupied by the owner. Family parties welcome only. No single sex/young parties or under 25s. |
