and French doors to a patio/garden. Just a step from
Falmouth's Gyllyngvase beach, the property offers stunning
sea views and has scope for two family holidays - with
added bonus of the master second floor bedroom being self-
contained, if required, with own bathroom and
kitchenette.
There are no on road parking restrictions and the town with harbour, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. is an easy walk – you can leave the car behind when ever you feel like dancing, eating out or bathing from the house.
Beautiful Gyllyngvase Beach enjoys the Roseland micro-climate and hosts exotic trees, shrubs and flowers. The beaches are safe and clean – rock pools at Castle Beach; sand and safe swimming at Gyllyngvase and charming Swanpool Beach with boats for hire, surfboarding, clock- golf etc. and the lovely Nature Reserve.
