We are less than a mile away from, and directly overlooking Trebarwith Strand - a beautiful sandy beach and Tintagel Castle is also about a mile away.
The original 17th century farmhouse was converted, the upper floor Crownest with balcony and conservatory enjoying stunning sea views, the ground floor Haywain with lovely garden, to form separate and private accommodation. Both retain their original cosy Cornish cottage character, with the modern conveniences including Sky Digital, DVD/VCR players and free wireless internet.
Crowsnest offers fantastic panoramic sea views, with 1 double, 1 twin, new tiled bathroom with under-floor heating and shower over bath, comfortable lounge/diner leading to the heated conservatory on the balcony where you can enjoy the stunning panoramic sea views what ever the weather. The compact fitted kitchen has all the usual appliances with fitted oven, electric hob & microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer; separate laundry room with washer/dryer. We supply all bedlinen, towels and tea towels and beds are made up for your arrival (please bring your own beach towels). There is a selection of videos, dvds and books and board games for the odd rainy day.
We have a number of nice circular walks from the doorstep including Tintagel Castle, sandy beaches, secluded coves, bluebell woodlands and some of North Cornwall's most stunning coastline. There are more lovely beaches and small fishing villages just minutes away by car. We provide lots of information on what to do and where to go in the surrounding area in a very comprehensive information pack, and our website has even more information about the places of interest in the area, things to do, and over 50 walks with maps directions and photos, ranging from short strolls to all day coastal walks to Port Isaac and Boscastle.
