Chy-un-Lur (the bungalow) is situated on Trenona Farm and has its own private lawned garden and elevated patio with patio furniture and extensive views over open farmland.
2 bedrooms- 1 double with king size bed and luxury bathroom and 1 twin en-suite with wheelchair access and wet floor shower. Private garden and elevated patio and glorious views over open countryside.Open plan living/dining/kitchen with eco friendly solar powered under floor heating throughout. Widescreen televisions in lunge and both bedrooms. DVD player and Wi-Fi.
Kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric fan oven and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/drier. Slate floored living area and carpeted bedrooms. Level access through patio doorsfrom lounge and master bedroom to patio. Parking for two vehicles next to cottage and other parking nearby.
The local garage (approx. 1 mile) also has a Londis store from which most things can be purchased and a grocery parcel can be purchased for your arrival by arrangement.
The Roseland Peninsula is one of the quietest and most picturesque in Cornwall. It offers sandy beaches and cliff walks, wooded river creeks and unspoilt countryside together with pretty hamlets and villages.
The largest centre is St. Mawes with its Tudor castle and access via foot ferry to Falmouth across the harbour and St. Anthony Head across the river. Popular with swimmers, sailors and walkers, its sheltered harbour and safe beaches are ever popular but uncommercialised.
