Carn Todden Terrace(also known as Coastguard Row) was originally lived in by the coastguards, who watched Mounts Bay for ships in distress; consequently there are wonderful sea views of the Bay, Mousehole harbour and village. The cottage also has fantastic views of the Island and the famous Mousehole Christmas lights. It is situated in a quiet location on a footpath in Mousehole within a few minutes walk from the harbour shops and restaurants. There is ample parking nearby. Mousehole is within easy reach of Land's End, St Michael's Mount, Penzance, Gardens, Art Galleries, Mines and sites of Archaeological interest, the Minack open air-cliff top theatre as well as many places of children's entertainment such as Flambard Theme park. There is a good bus service from Mousehole,bus stops are within a few minutes walk of the cottage. Penzance hasa Daily Service to the Scilly Isles from the Heliport or by Ferry. There is also an Airport for flights nearby. This property offers one double bedroom and one bunk bedroom. Bathroom includes shower, wash basin and toilet. Separate lounge and kitchen/diner. The lounge has original exposed granite wall with a log burner, easy chairs and T.V. The kitchen has electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and a spin dryer. A good launderette is conveniently situated near the station in Penzance. Please note: This property is unsuitable for 4 adults. There is a NO PETS policy. NO SMOKING IN the Cottage. There is a small patio garden at the front of the cottage with seating. A larger garden is situated a few metres down a footpath, suitable for BBQs (BBQ kept in storage shed) , with table and chairs suitable for family meals and a lawn for sunbathing or leisure.Beautiful sea views from this garden, watch the ships sail by. New carpets were fitted in 2010 and also a new shower. A new flat screen television was installed Autumn 2011. Linen can be hired, although most visitors bring their own.
